Do you photograph yachts and boats on the water Yes. I regularly photograph yachts and boats directly on the water. This includes sailing, cruising and moored situations. Working on the water allows me to capture movement, reflections, light and atmosphere in an authentic way while showing the yacht in its natural environment.
Are the images suitable for sales, rentals and marketing Yes. All images are created with sales, rentals and marketing in mind. They are designed to highlight value, atmosphere and quality, making properties, hotels and yachts more attractive for listings, brochures, websites, campaigns and digital platforms.
Yes. Drones are an important part of my workflow for real estate and yachts. Aerial perspectives help show the full context of a property or yacht, including location, surroundings, scale and layout. Combined with ground photography, drone images add clarity, elegance and a strong visual overview that is ideal for marketing, sales and high end presentations.
No, your presence is not required. You are welcome to be on site if you wish, but many shoots are carried out independently. I take care of the entire process and keep you informed, ensuring the result matches your expectations.
A real estate or yacht shoot starts with understanding the property or yacht, its purpose and how the images will be used. We clarify the goal, target audience and visual direction in advance. On location, I focus on light, lines, materials and perspective to capture atmosphere and value. For yachts, this can include dockside, interior and on water shots. After the shoot, the images are carefully selected and professionally edited to suit sales, rentals, marketing and editorial use.
Real estate and yacht shoots take place directly on location. This includes private villas, fincas, hotels, resorts, marinas and yachts either docked or on the water. Depending on the project, additional surroundings and aerial perspectives can be included to show context, location and atmosphere.
