Yes. Image delivery is handled in full compliance with GDPR regulations. Data and access are treated securely and used only for the agreed purpose.
Unfortunately, image theft occurs in the digital space. All work on this website and within my portfolios is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
All images are embedded with an invisible digital tracking code that allows usage to be monitored online. As soon as an image appears without authorization, I am automatically notified.
In cases of proven image theft, the matter is pursued consistently. This may include legal action and formal reporting. Protecting my work and respecting intellectual property is a top priority.
